Hi everyone, sorry I know I dont post often, but I do read!!!! Just too tired at the end of the day by the time the kids get collected!!
Just wanted to say that I think the Humira is beginning to work, Smile Smile I have just done my fifth injection, and I've noticed I dont feel so sore, I can walk without being in unbearable pain in my feet and ankles, its still sore from the damage thats been done, but on the whole much betterBigGrin
I still feel absolutely exhausted, but I do work eleven hour days with two little boys four days per week!!!
Completely forgot about the sun!!! I felt so ill last week when out with the boys in the park, my hands were swollen and bright red, my face followed suitWub
I hope you are doing ok everyone, not too much swelling and painSad

Good news Barbara.

Something at last that works.

Take Lyn's advice and don't be tempted to do too much.

Take Care

Barbara

Its wonderful to hear that Humira is finally working for you. I had my 3rd injection yesterday, after a visit to my rhuemy nurse. My nurse was shocked that I still wasn't experiencing any benefit from the drug so I am now a lot more hopeful after reading your post. My nurse did say it could take up to 12 weeks so not to get too disheartened, but its hard when your in so much pain and nothing seems to work.

Thank you for giving my hope &ThumpUp brightening up my day
